| 4.How will I know if my order has been accepted? |
| All successfully placed orders will be confirmed by email to the email address registered to your Account. |

| Please ensure that the email address you have registered with us is valid and that emails sent by us are not being directed to your Junk / Spam folders. |

| 6.The product I'm looking for is Out of Stock. Can I still place an order for it? |
If a product goes Out of Stock we do not normally allow Customers to place an Order for it, simply because we cannot guarantee if or when our main Supplier will have it back in Stock.
If you cannot find the product anywhere else please let us know as we may be able to Source it from another Supplier. |

| 7.Do you accept International Orders? |
| At this time we are only able to accept orders from within mainland UK. |

| 8.Do you offer any Finance options? |
| At this time we are unable to offer any Finance options on your purchase. |

| 9.Why have I received a Phone call to confirm my order? |
To help with Fraud Prevention we may call you on the Phone number that you provided when you registered your Account with us.
This usually happens if you have registered a Mobile Phone Number, a free Webmail Account or if you have asked for a different delivery address on your 1st order.
We understand that this can be frustrating however these procedures are in place for your protection.
You can help avoid these measures by registering the following when creating your Account:
1 - Use a Landline Phone Number.
2 - Use an email address provided by your ISP.
3 - Ensure that your delivery address is the same as your billing address.
Following this advice will help avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your order. |

| 10.Do you operate a Customer Rewards Scheme? |
At this time we do not operate a Customer Points / Rewards Scheme, however this is a feature that we do intend to implement in the near future.
When this feature is implemented all Customers who have previously placed orders with us will have their Account credited with the appropriate amount of Reward Points for their purchases. |

| 11.I have received a promotional Discount Code. How do I redeem it? |
Simply place an Order with us and enter the Discount Code you received during the Checkout Process. Your Discount will then be applied to your Order.
Please bear in mind that Discount Codes are Valid for a limited time only. |

We are happy to offer any advice or assistance that you may require.
All of our Product pages have a Comments / Questions facility located below the product description.
We urge all customers to use this facility as it is both fast and convenient.

We also have a Live Online Help facility which is available. You can access this facility at the top right of our Website.

| 13.I've clicked one of your Product links from Google Shopping but I get a page saying Product not found. Why? |
This is an unfortunate side effect of having a high turnover of Products.
Database updates reflecting these changes must be submitted to Google for inclusion in their listings. It can then take up to 24 hours for our listings in Google Shopping to reflect any changes made.
This may also happen if you have previously bookmarked a Product Listing.
We appreciate that this is frustrating, but it is completely out of our control.

No, we don't.
We can, however, build a PC to your specifications, giving you complete control over your PC's hardware Set Up.

Sure. Before choosing your hardware....
1. Remember that this is the Computer that You want.
2. Do some Research. There are many good websites out there with a wealth of information about PC Hardware. Make good use of them.
3. Make sure that the Hardware you choose is capable of carrying out the Tasks you need it to. eg. No-one wants to find out that the Graphics Card they've chosen isn't capable of running the game they wanted to be able to play.
